Nantong Coal Mine, part of Nantong Mining Company under the Heavy Coal Group, has developed an in-house mixer drum cleaning device specifically designed for use at the bottom of the mine. This innovative tool is primarily used to remove hardened debris and residual coal or vermiculite from the mine car's bottom when it is overturned. The device consists of a miner’s bucket with a bottom debris sweeper that rotates 180 degrees within the cage. It is equipped with a pneumatic tool that can extend and contract freely, vibrate, and effectively clean the accumulated deposits at the bottom of the mine car.
This new equipment has significantly improved the efficiency of the cleaning process, eliminating the need for manual excavation of coal and debris from the mine car’s base.
