I, a heavy truck manufactured by Beijing Foton Motors, has a large load and is very solid. I'm just a microcosm of Chinese trucks in Africa. There are thousands of my brothers.

With the aid of the West Asia-North Africa International Capacity Docking Platform built by Beijing, my brothers and I have already entered Algeria and other five countries in North Africa. In Africa, there are more than 1,000 vehicles on the roads in more than 10 countries. Like me, heavy-duty brothers from Foton Motors are running. We also provide systemic solutions for heavy-duty transport in Senegal in West Africa. There, the average age of the heavy-duty transport industry is "26 years old."

For example, Foton Motors is following up on 32 projects in countries along the “Belt and Road” and is expected to sell more than 8,000 vehicle equipment; Beiqi Foton has invested or set up subsidiaries in countries such as Russia, India, and Brazil. According to data from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce, as of the end of 2016, Beijing companies invested in 31 countries along the “One Belt and One Road”, with a total accumulated direct investment of approximately US$2.24 billion, mainly in industries such as manufacturing, business services, and construction.

It has changed the single mode of “going out” to the trade method in the past. For example, through the layout of the full-value chain business elements of the auto industry such as local manufacturing and sales, on December 6, 2016, the first Futian pickup truck manufactured in Thailand was formally put into operation and put into operation, not only in its territories but also in the Southeast Asian market. At present, the first phase of Foton Motor's design capacity in Thailand is 50,000 sets. They are called “New Energy Vehicles” and currently cover more than 40 models of new energy vehicles such as trucks, buses and passenger cars. For example, in January 2017, Foton Motors signed a BJ6123 CNG Clean Energy City Bus Order with Myanmar's largest public transportation operator, Yangon Public Bus Co., Ltd. in Myanmar. All vehicles are used in Yangon urban public transportation system in Myanmar to upgrade the local public transportation system.

From the three super trucks debuted at the 66th German Commercial Vehicle Expo Hanover (IAA) to the joint launch of unmanned super trucks with Baidu, Foton Trucks from “Made in China” is constantly becoming the focus of attention in the global market.
