Hey everyone, This is coming straight from Tim Olk. He just sent over some photos from a high-angle rescue operation involving the Chicago TRT team at 4224 N Knox. It’s pretty intense stuff! The situation was obviously serious, but the professionalism of these firefighters really shines through in the images. Check out this first shot—looks like they’re right in the thick of things, rescuing someone from that old water tower. You can almost feel the tension in the air. And here’s another one, showing the teamwork between different units—it’s always great to see how well everyone coordinates during an operation like this. There are so many powerful moments captured here. In one picture, you see the firefighters after the rescue, looking exhausted but relieved. It’s a testament to their dedication and skill. There’s also a couple of shots with Chicago FD Squad 1 and Squad 2 on the scene. They look ready for anything, which is exactly what we need when it comes to emergency situations. I’m attaching a few more images below. Tim did an amazing job capturing all the details. Each photo tells its own story, whether it’s the focus on the rescue itself or the camaraderie among the teams afterward. If you ask me, these photos are a reminder of why we have such incredible first responders in our city. Take a moment to appreciate the hard work and bravery shown by these men and women. They’re doing something truly heroic every single day. Stay safe out there! Best, [Your Name]
