The net area pressure of the honeycomb block press reaches 80MPa, and when adjusting the moisture of the blank to be 10%~12%, it is inevitable that the hard plastic effect is achieved. . It has been proved that when the net area pressure is 54 MPa (press pressure is 200 tons), the density of the green body has become uniform, achieving the goal of "hard plasticizing". In this way, the entire mechanism of the honeycomb block press is intact.

For the billet with 10%~20% moisture content, the problem of preparation is that the screen hole is easy to be blocked, but there are many screening devices that are easy to clean manually, and do not restrict the implementation of the “hard plastic” process.
