Xu Min, Technical Engineer of Shell China Automotive Lubricants, introduced the effectiveness and characteristics of Shell Heineken lubricants to consumer representatives, explained and demonstrated the principle of Shell PurePlus technology, and can convert natural gas into a crystal-clear base oil. The oil has better performance in terms of viscosity stability, wear resistance and low volatility, which helps to extend engine life and help the engine release powerful power. PurePlus technology allows the engine to return to its factory condition. Base tanks and additive tanks will transfer raw materials to the distribution center through automated management pipelines, and they will enter the finished oil tank area after deployment. The blending plant has three blending systems and blending technology that meets the highest industry standards. Any product oil is sent to the test center before being canned. Only after a number of standard tests such as elemental, viscosity, cleanliness, and corrosion resistance are strictly followed, will the product enter the production line. The production plant has five fully automated high-speed canning lines and can produce a full range of Shell lubricants, including the Shell Heineken series automotive lubricants and the Shell Rimula series of heavy-duty automotive oils. At the same time, Shell can also produce high-end lubricating oil products based on natural gas oil technology, such as Shell Super Heineken series lubricants.
