Ha-axis holds 2012 annual meeting of suppliers

Recently, Hazsung held the 2012 annual meeting of suppliers at Harbin Tongxin Building. Pang Jun, Zhang Yongji, Ma Pinghui, Lu Yanxin and other company leaders attended the meeting. The theme of the conference was "Leading the road to lean, creating a hundred years of business." Pang Jun, chairman and general manager of the company, addressed the meeting and represented all the staff of the company. As the new year approached, they expressed their sincere gratitude to the suppliers for their understanding, support, and assistance in the work of the Haz axis over the past year.

Pang Jun briefly introduced the restructuring and reform of the company in 2011 and promoted lean work. Pang Jun emphasized that after one year of hard work, the Haza axis has initially achieved and completed its development layout, leaving new space for business expansion for all suppliers. We hope that everyone will maintain their confidence in Ha-axis, quickly improve production management and delivery from all aspects, create lean factories, and adapt to the requirements of Hasselblad's new streamlined production layout and just-in-time production, so as to achieve accurate production, quality and delivery. The time nodes are accurate, and they join hands with Ha-axis to create a lean and win-win chain. They strive to realize the vision of both companies and push everyone's business to a new high.

At the meeting, Lu Yanxin, deputy general manager of Ha-axis, conducted buyer training for suppliers. Lu Yanxin reviewed the procurement work of Ha-axis in 2011. He focused on “Procurement Cost Control and Supplier Management” and introduced Ha-axis procurement objectives for 2012; Xiao Dedong, Assistant to the Company's General Manager and Director of Quality Management, briefed the meeting. The supplier's supply quality performance for the year was elaborated and interpreted around the “Supplier Management Handbook”, and the concept and plan of the supplier management for H-axis 2012 were introduced.

Representatives from suppliers, Zhang Xiaojun, deputy general manager of Beiman Special Steel Co., Ltd., and Wu Ruchun, general manager of Harbin Xingye Power Plant Equipment Co., Ltd. delivered speeches at the meeting, stating that they must fully meet the needs of Ha-axis and adopt a flexible and pragmatic attitude to quickly improve the supply of supporting equipment. In order to adapt to the new production model of Ha-axis, timely delivery, excellent quality, and reasonable price, we strive to become a stable and reliable strategic partner for Ha-axis, working hand in hand with Ha-axis to share risks and create a better future.

Before the official start of the conference, participants first watched the promotional video, "Get Closer to the Axis." After the meeting, the relevant leaders of the company also held discussions and discussions with suppliers' representatives. They exchanged views on further fulfilling the supply work in 2012 and reached consensus.
