Effects of Humidity and Illuminance on the Growth of Qingtian Pear Seedlings

During the test, we used a light box to provide the humidity and light levels required for the experiment. Giant seedlings of the genus Pyracantha and seedlings of the two Denis varieties were selected, and a tissue seedling with a height of about 10 cm was selected as the test material. Comparison of growth status of different varieties under different illumination: The growth of seedlings of Chinensis is mainly reflected in the number of new leaves and the length and width of newly emerged leaves. The different levels of illuminance in this experiment (the illuminance level can be controlled by a light quantum recorder), the number of new leaves of both cultivars is the highest at 22 klx, and the performance is quite consistent. The average ratio of the two cultivars is 8 klx, 12 klx and 30 klx. The levels were 42.9%, 30.8%, and 14.5%, respectively. From the new leaf length, the average performance was 22 klx, but the performance of the two varieties was different. The giant rich star was 22 klx longest, and Dennis was The 30 lx leaf was the longest; from the perspective of leaf width, both varieties showed the best 30 klx levels, which were 9.3%, 8.7%, and 6.2% higher than the other three levels, respectively. All in all, the 22 klx~30 klx horizontal growth performed well. Comparison of growth conditions of different cultivars under different relative humidity (where humidity control can be controlled by temperature and humidity autographs): The effect of humidity on the growth of seedlings is mainly the effect on the number of leaves emerged, and has little effect on leaf length and leaf width. Compared with different relative humidity levels, all varieties exhibited the best 90% level, showing the highest number of newly emerged leaves, with an average increase of 16.7% and 64.7% over the other two levels; leaf length and leaf width were also the best at 90%, leaves The average long-term growth was 5.3% and 17.6% higher than the other two levels respectively; the average leaf width was 15.8% higher than the 50% level. At the 70% level, the performance of the varieties is more consistent.
