Tire business executives told reporters that the complaints they received could be roughly classified into two types.

The first is the complaint caused by the tire's own problems during the claim period.

The second is due to improper use of the tire caused by damage, but consumers mistakenly believe that there is a quality problem with the tire, and thus the complaint.

The responsible person disclosed that, in the first category of complaints, tire manufacturers usually provide free replacement tires for consumers, identify problems, and improve products.

In the case of a second complaint, the manufacturer can only patiently inform consumers of the reason for the tire damage, and explain the reasons for not claiming.

He reluctantly said: "Even so, there are a lot of owners who don't want to hear from us, but they insist that the tires have quality problems and they won't give up without compensation."

He said that in the face of this situation, in order to maintain the brand's popularity, vendors sometimes can only swallow the noise and give consumers some compensation.
