Instruction & Maintenance:

Mold parts maintenance plays a crucial role in extending the life of the mold. Here’s how to properly maintain the parts during use:

Step 1: Ensure you have a vacuum machine to automatically and regularly remove scrap. Proper cleaning reduces the breakage rate of punch pins.

Step 2: Check that the oil density is correct—neither too sticky nor too thin.

Step 3: If there is wear on the punch die or die edge, stop using it immediately and perform grinding. Delaying this can cause rapid wear and reduce the lifespan of the mold and its components.

Step 4: Regularly replace springs to prevent damage and ensure smooth mold operation.

Packaging:

1. Soft foam to protect the surface from scratches inside small cardboard boxes. Several small boxes are placed in a larger hard cardboard box with filling to prevent tilting. The hard cardboard is easy to load and transport.
2. We can also arrange packaging according to your specific requirements or discuss further.
3. Product codes are printed on the cardboards instead of company logos to keep deal information confidential and aid customs clearance.
