Instructions & Maintenance:

Regular maintenance of mold parts significantly affects the lifespan of the mold. Here are some key steps to ensure proper care:

Step 1: Ensure you have a vacuum machine to automatically and regularly remove scrap. This helps reduce the breakage rate of punch pins.

Step 2: Check the oil density to make sure it’s not too sticky or too thin. Proper lubrication is essential for smooth operation.

Step 3: If there's wear on the punch die or die edge, stop using it immediately and perform grinding. Delaying this can lead to rapid wear and damage to the mold edges, reducing its overall life.

Step 4: Regularly replace springs to prevent them from breaking, which could affect the mold's performance and functionality.

Packaging:

• Soft foam is used to protect the surface from scratches in small cardboard boxes. Multiple small boxes are packed into a larger hard cardboard box with fillers to prevent tilting. The hard cardboard is easy to load and transport.
• We can also arrange packaging according to your specific requirements or discuss further.
• Product codes are marked on the cardboard instead of company logos to keep deal information confidential and help with customs clearance.
