(III) Development and production examples

1, Mountain View kaolin beneficiation plant in Suzhou

( 1 ) Raw ore properties

The ore is derived from two mining areas, Yangxi and Yangdong, and is soft and sandy kaolin. The main components of the ore mineral kaolinite, halloysite, montmorillonite followed by, in addition there are small amounts of impurities of quartz, pyrite, and organic matter alunite. The type of ore and its main chemical composition are shown in Table 6 .

( 2 ) Process flow and main equipment

Selected by a combination of hydraulic grading, selective flocculation and chemical bleaching. The main equipment is shown in Table 7. The crusher is crushed by a jaw crusher , the double shaft vertical kiln pulp, the hydrocyclone group separates the coarse sand, the leeches separate the fine sand, and the chemical bleach removes the limonite and red. Coloring minerals such as iron ore, product processing using sedimentation tank concentration, filter press filtration, chain plate dryer drying. Depending on the nature of the ore, the machine can produce Patent No. selected from (M _0), number (M _{1) 1,} number (M _{2) 2} and other products, when using elutriation and bleaching operations, produce knife coating grade kaolin.
