The technology solves the key technologies such as the closed construction process and the active deck production/installation/debugging process for the hull sheet segmentation. The project improves the steel utilization rate by 1% and effectively shortens the dock construction period.

At present, the provincial key science and technology project (priority theme) social development project undertaken by Zhejiang East Coast Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yangfan Group, has been reviewed by experts from the Provincial Science and Technology Department. The 5000-car-car transport ship was first approved by the German Lloyd's Register and has been delivered. The ship's construction period is only three months at the dock, and it is far ahead in the domestic construction period of the same ship type, comparable to Japan and South Korea.
