On June 8, 2009, representatives of the Chinese neoprene industry filed with the Ministry of Commerce an application for an interim review of dumping and dumping margins applicable to anti-dumping measures applicable to chloroprene rubber originating in Japan, requesting a recalculation of the Japanese manufacturers and exporters. After reviewing the above applications in accordance with the law, the Ministry of Commerce decided to carry out an interim review of the dumping and dumping margins of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported chloroprene rubber originating in Japan starting from August 28, 2009.
This review of the investigated products is consistent with the surveyed products of the original anti-dumping investigation. The product is classified in the "PRC Import and Export Tariff" tariff code of other primary shapes of chloroprene (chloroprene) rubber, 40024990 not listed in chloroprene (chloroprene) rubber.
The mid-term review investigation should normally be completed within 12 months from the date of review of the case, that is, before August 28, 2010.
