Double Shaft Shredder Specification
Dura-Shred's two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm (1"-6") depending on the type of tires, throughput, and desired end product. The biggest shredder can process different kind of tires, metal, plastic, wood etc., the biggest capacity can be up to 20 Ton/h.
TDF System Process
Step 1: Conveyor to load tire into double shafts shredder.
Step 2: Double shafts shredder to cut the whole tire into pieces.
Step 3: Conveyor to load rubber pieces into disc classifier.
Step 4: Disc classifier to separate over size rubber chips from required size rubber chips.
Step 5: Recirculation conveyor to load over size rubber chips back to shredder.
