Thrust Spherical Roller Bearings share similarities with standard spherical roller bearings, as their raceway surface is a spherical shape centered on the bearing axis. This unique design allows the rolling elements to be spherical, enabling self-alignment and reducing sensitivity to shaft misalignment or deflection.

Product Features
Unlike other thrust bearings, these models are designed to handle significant axial loads. They can also withstand radial loads under axial loading conditions, provided that the radial load does not exceed 55% of the axial load. As long as the load P and P0 do not exceed 0.05C0 and the shaft is rotating, the bearings allow for the centering angles specified in the table below.

For larger bearings, the allowable centering angle decreases as the load increases.

These bearings are typically used with oil lubrication in general applications. Thrust tapered roller bearings are suitable for one-way axial loads and can limit axial displacement, serving as a one-way axial positioning solution. Compared to thrust cylindrical roller bearings, they have lower bearing capacity and sliding resistance but also lower limit speeds.
