Instructions:

1. Turn off the engine and let it cool to normal temperature before use.

2. Shake the bottle well before spraying.

3. Spray directly onto the surface of the engine. Allow a few minutes for the cleaner to work, then wipe with a brush or cloth.

 

Caution:

1. Keep out of reach of children.

2. Use in a well-ventilated area.

3. Store in a place below 40°C (104°F).

4. Do not store in a car or near heat sources or open flames.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer specializing in automotive care products with over 20 years of experience. Our product range includes lubricants, refrigerants, car cleaners, and polish sprays.

              

Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It is just 30 minutes away from Baiyun International Airport. If you plan to visit, here are some options:

1. We can pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou.

2. You can take a taxi to our factory.

3. Take metro Line 3 to Longgui Station, exit through Gate B2, and we will meet you there.

 

Q: Can you produce custom brands and designs? Is there an extra cost?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM services are available. We can create custom branding and packaging without additional charges. Please send us your design files in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or share your ideas with our designers, and they will handle the rest.

 

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For our own GL brand and packaging, there is no MOQ requirement. However, for private label and custom designs, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.

 

Q: Is it possible to get free samples? How can I receive them?

A: Yes, we offer free samples up to 5 units. Due to the nature of the product, which is classified as hazardous goods, we cannot ship them via regular couriers. New customers are required to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the total order amount when placed. It is recommended to pay via Western Union for fast and secure payment. Once received, we will send the samples immediately via TNT, DHL, or EMS, which typically takes 5–7 days to arrive.

 

Q: How long does production take?

A: Production time for one 20ft container is approximately 25–30 days.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are as follows:

1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
