Diaphragm valves: Manual or air actuated. These are specially designed for hygienic and aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry. This valve is excellent for controlling and on/off fluid.
Diaphragm seals the valve body and seat. There is no way to contact the environment. So this valve is suitable for aseptic process. When the valve is off, the pressure seal that holds up the diaphragm moves towards the sealing face of the valve body. When the pressure plate moves, the diaphragm bends, forcing it towards the seat area of the body center. This shuts off the flow path to the valve body. The relevant of the valve body and pressure plate prevents the diaphragm from pressing. The valve can be manual and air actuated, also can be operated by control top and solenoid valve.
It is widely applied to many fields, such as beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, biological etc.
