Product Name: Stainless Steel Aseptic Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve with EPDM Membrane Diaphragm valves are available in manual or pneumatic versions and are specially designed for hygienic and aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry. This valve is excellent for controlling and on/off fluid flow.
The diaphragm seals the valve body and seat, ensuring no contact with the environment. This makes it suitable for aseptic processes. When the valve is closed, the pressure seal that holds the diaphragm moves towards the sealing face of the valve body. As the pressure plate moves, the diaphragm bends and is forced toward the center seat area, effectively shutting off the flow path. The design prevents the diaphragm from being pressed against the valve body and seat. The valve can be operated manually or pneumatically and can also be controlled via a control top or solenoid valve.
It is widely applied to many fields, such as beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, biological, etc.
