Tencent Motors: First of all, we would also like to invite you to introduce us to this Volvo exhibition in Beijing.

Jiang Yan: I represent the Volvo Group. Actually I am not a Volvo locomotive. The Volvo Group focuses on the development of commercial vehicles. This time, the major brands of the Volvo Group's trucks, as well as our trucks and construction equipment, are displayed on an outdoor venue. It is the latest achievement of the entire group of commercial vehicles.

Tencent Auto: For the Volkswagen Group, the importance of the Beijing Auto Show is increasing every year?

Jiang Hao: Participate in this kind of auto show on the scale of the group. This is the second time. Last year was the first time. There is no doubt that the auto show is one of the biggest showcase opportunities in the industry. As far as we are concerned, even a commercial vehicle manufacturing company is the same and has a rare opportunity.

Tencent Auto: We know that the overall situation of China's heavy truck market was not particularly optimistic last year. The first quarter of this year seems to have improved slightly. What do you think about the trend of this year's heavy truck market?

Jiang Hao: The development of the heavy-duty truck market last year was not as good as everyone expected, but the sales volume of 900,000 units in the entire market is also quite large. Therefore, the first quarter of this year has improved, but we still have confidence in this market, or that there are enormous potentials for a million heavy trucks.

Tencent Auto: Does this year's Volvo Group have a clear sales target?

Jiang Hao: Actually, we sell heavy trucks in China in two ways. One is to import all of them into the Chinese market. For example, trucks of Volvo brand, Renault brand and Mark brand are sold through imports. These brands are at the so-called high end. The proportion of European brands is still very satisfactory. Another channel is through our joint venture in China, which is a joint venture between the Volvo Group's Yudi Trucks and Dongfeng Trucks, and a joint venture in Hangzhou to produce the Eudy brand trucks. Both approaches have entered the Chinese market at the same time. This year's goal is also to hope that each of them can achieve the best in their own field.
