PCB separator is developed independently and controlled by microcomputer with high precision and stable operation.It can cut a single veneer from 0 to 360 mm in length.
After welding the connector PCBA board, it will often break the line or break the electronic parts when it breaks.The PCB V-cut separator adopts feeding method to cut PCBA, which greatly reduces stress, prevents welding spot and parts from cracking, and improves production efficiency and quality.
There is a round knife on the top and an anvil edge on the bottom. When the board flows to the anvil edge, flip the switch and the anvil edge moves laterally to the set value. Then cut off the PCB board with smooth incision and no burrs.
