    Molybdenum-lead ore containing 0.43% Mo and 1.8% Pb was re-elected by shaker or re-elected by chute, yielding Mo 15.63%, Pb 54%, Zn 0.48%, Cu 0.016%, Fe 0.55%, Cd 0.001%, Ni The molybdenum-lead concentrate of 0.001%, P 0.015%, S 1.48%, SiO 2 6.21%, CaO 5.52% and Al 2 O 3 1.51% was further ground to 0.8 mm in the order of 90%.
The fine concentrate can be leached with nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, sodium sulfide, sulfuric acid and sodium carbonate, but the leaching effect is best with sodium sulfide. Use an excess of 1 times Na 2 S, 90 ~ 95 ° C, liquid to solid ratio of 2:1, leaching in a ф600 × 800 mm direct heat dip tank (0.6 tons / day). At this time, molybdenum is converted into sodium molybdate and lead is converted into artificial galena. The leachate is filtered, washed, solid-liquid separated, the filter cake is washed, filtered, and dried to obtain lead concentrate, and the filter-filtered filtrate is returned to the leaching operation. The leached filtrate is subjected to evaporation crystallization, centrifugal filtration, and the mother liquor is returned to the leaching operation, and the crystal of the centrifuge is dried to obtain sodium molybdate. A portion of sodium molybdate can also be converted to ammonium molybdate by ammonia leaching. The chemical analysis of the above products is shown in the following table:
