Stainless Steel SS316L Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve
Diaphragm valves are available in manual or air actuated versions and are specially designed for hygienic and aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry. This valve is ideal for controlling and shutting off fluid flow.
The diaphragm seals the valve body and seat, ensuring that there is no contact with the environment. This makes it suitable for aseptic applications. When the valve is closed, the pressure seal holding the diaphragm moves towards the sealing face of the valve body. As the pressure plate moves, the diaphragm bends and is forced toward the center of the body seat, effectively closing the flow path. The design prevents the diaphragm from being pressed against the valve body and seat. These valves can be operated manually or by air, and they can also be controlled using a control top and solenoid valve.
It is widely applied to many fields, such as beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, biological etc.
