 Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve with Clamping Connection
Diaphragm valves: Manual or air actuated. These are specially designed for hygienic and aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
This valve is excellent for controlling and on/off fluid flow.
The diaphragm seals the valve body and seat. There is no way for the fluid to come into contact with the environment. Therefore, this valve is suitable for aseptic processes.
When the valve is off, the pressure seal that holds up the diaphragm moves towards the sealing face of the valve body. When the pressure plate moves, the diaphragm bends, forcing it toward the center of the seat area. This shuts off the flow path to the valve body.
The relevant of the valve body and pressure plate prevents the diaphragm from being pressed.
The valve can be manual and air actuated, and also can be operated by control top and solenoid valve.
It is widely applied to many fields, such as beer, beverage, dairy food, fruit juice, pharmacy, biological etc.
