Working principle:
Dewater vibrating screen uses dual-motor self-synchronization technology. The motors work in coordination with universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrators. When the two motors start, the vibrators move in opposite directions simultaneously. Centrifugal force is generated by the eccentric blocks, which combine to create a single-direction vibration. This high-frequency vibration drives the screen back and forth repeatedly, effectively dehydrating and filtering sand.
