Application The SCP series sanitary centrifugal pump is widely used for conveying various liquid materials in fields such as dairy, beer, beverage, medicine, biological engineering, and fine chemical industries. It can handle low to medium viscosity solutions, as well as suspensions or corrosive liquids. The design of the sanitary centrifugal pump is single-stage, single-suction, and features an open-type impeller. Standard Design The SCP series sanitary centrifugal pump consists of a motor, pump shaft, mechanical clamping jacket, sanitary mechanical seal, connection support, rear plate, impeller, and pump shell. It includes a large internal round chamfer and a cleaning-type seal. The pump is specially designed for CIP (Clean-in-Place) and comes with a stainless steel protection cover for the motor, supported by four adjustable feet. Shaft Seal The SCP series sanitary centrifugal pump is equipped with an externally mounted single-end mechanical seal or water injection mechanical seal. The static ring is made from stainless steel, silicon carbide, or tungsten alloy, while the dynamic ring is made from stainless steel, carbon, graphite, or tungsten alloy. The water injection type seal uses a durable lip seal, and the pump can also be equipped with a double-end mechanical seal. Materials Liquid passage parts: AISI 316L, AISI 316, or AISI 304 stainless steel. Other parts: AISI 304 stainless steel. Outer surface: Sand blasted. Inner surface: Mirror polished (0.4) or sand blasted. Liquid passing rubber seal materials: EPDM, Q, FRM, NBR.
