Recently, breakthroughs have been made in the improvement of the crystallization process of DCP (dicumyl peroxide) large particles of Gaoqiao Petrochemical. The appearance quality and large particle yield of DCP products have been greatly improved, and the fine powder content has been significantly reduced. Gaoqiao Petrochemical has the largest DCP production facility in the world, with an annual production capacity of 21,000 tons, which accounts for more than 50% of the global production capacity. The material consumption and energy consumption of the installation have reached the international advanced level. In particular, the production of large-sized DCPs using the alcohol crystallization process has brought the DCP product quality to a higher level. However, there is a gap between the DCP produced by Takahashi Petrochemical and the appearance of a multinational company. Therefore, the selling price is lower than the MNC's 500 yuan/ton. Gaoqiao Petrochemical uses an alcohol solvent crystallization process. The DCP crystals are diamond-shaped and contain "crystal flowers." The crystals have a low bulk density, a brittle crumb, and a large amount of fine powder. A multinational company uses methanol solvent two-step crystallization process, DCP was cubic crystal habit, crystal uniform and transparent, high packing density, fine powder less. Earlier this year, Takahashi Petrochemical took the improvement of DCP product appearance quality as a key research project. Alcohol crystallization is a low-cost road. Takahashi Petrochemical researchers carried out more than 160 crystallization experiments. They have repeatedly researched and optimized crystallization processes, parameters, and equipment, and finally achieved breakthroughs. After the improvement of the Gaoqiao Petrochemical process, the DCP large-grained crystalline energy produced by DCP is larger than that of a multinational company's methanol solvent two-step crystallization process. Large particle yields, less than 20 mesh large particles above 91%, and more than 50 mesh fines below 5%, are truly world-class products.
1. Chain belt grate. The chain belt grate is a wide circular chain belt which is surrounded by and supported on the the front and rear axles via the chain wheels. At present, ZOZEN packaged chain grate steam boiler mainly adopts the large-block chain belt grate with a capacity of 1-20 tph.
2. Scale grate. The scale grate has many advantages. The obvious one is that there is less coal leakage. The scales can be replaced without shutting down the boiler. The ventilation is balanced, and the ventilation section is relatively small (6%). The chain grate bars only bears the stress or high temperature instead of both of them, which improves the working conditions of the chain grate.
3. Beam grate. Its main feature is that the width and length of the grate can be extended in a wide range, and the tonnage of the boiler can be larger. At present, the tonnage of the domestic beam chain grate steam boiler can reach 240 tph. The grate is featured with long service life, good durability, smooth arrangement and convenient replacement.
