[China Instrument Network Instrument Research and Development] On April 13th, the "500MHz Superconducting Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer for Engineering Development" project undertaken by the Wuhan Institute of Physics and Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The organization's comprehensive inspection and acceptance meeting was presided over by Zhu Shining, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.


Liu Chaoyang, the project leader, first reported on the overall implementation of the project, as well as the test and acceptance status of the offsite, and played a production video during the industrialization process. Subsequently, the acceptance expert team conducted a field inspection of the 500 MHz superconducting NMR spectrometer prototype and key components developed by the project, remotely reviewed the implementation of industrialization, and conducted inquiries and comments on the project.

The acceptance panel believes that the project has completed the development of five 500 MHz liquid high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometers and four-channel 600 MHz NMR spectrometer experimental prototypes, and developed a series of 300-600 MHz NMR spectrometer products. The quality control process of product engineering and industrial development has formed a series of technical documents, process documents, quality documents, management documents and industrialized products, and established a nuclear magnetic industry base; the industrialization quality and management system has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. . The superconducting NMR spectrometer formed by the project technology has been sold, and the technical readiness has reached 8 levels.

In the field of instrument application research, the NMR basic database, identification of natural product extracts, and metabolomics NMR database were established, and NMR analysis methods for several material structures were established. The experts agreed that the project passed the acceptance and the overall score was 98.1 points.
