1. Rubber injection molding:. Rubber injection molding is a production method of vulcanizing rubber material directly from the cylinder into the model. The advantages of rubber injection molding are: although it is a batch operation, it has a short molding cycle and high production efficiency.


2. Plastic injection: plastic injection is a method of plastic products. The molten plastic is injected into the plastic products mold by pressure, and various plastic parts are obtained by cooling and forming. There is a special machine for injection molding. The most commonly used plastic is polystyrene.


The resulting shape is often the final product and no further processing is required before installation or use as the final product. Many details, such as raised parts, ribs, and threads, can be shaped in a one-step operation of injection molding.

Injection molding process refers to the process of making semi-finished products with certain shape by pressing, injecting, cooling and disconnecting fused materials.

The injection molding process of plastic parts mainly includes six stages, including die - filling -(gas - water - auxiliary) pressure - keeping - cooling - opening – demoulding.
